My greetings to you. Permit me to introduce myself to you. I am the
officer in-charge of the treasury in one of the leading financial
institutions in Togo. I am writing you for assistance. There is this
huge amount of fund left in the escrow accounts. I am therefore
writing you to see if you can help me to stand claim as the
beneficiary. Take note that Funds were residues from illicit
transactions from contracts awarded for the reconstruction and
modernization of Togo, and transfers by their various agents / through
the bank. Hope this would not surprise you much as you may be aware of
the `winner-takes-all` politics in Africa. I want you to know

funds hence I will cover it legally to give you credibility of the
beneficiary. Given your support and cooperation, I have thus devised
two good strategies for the smooth transfer of this fund, one being
either by means of Inheritance claim or as outstanding payment for
already executed contract. I will give you more of the details if you
are interested and willing. Please note that the first tranche
transfer will be in the range of between FIVE and TEN MILLION USD,
depending on your capability.
However if you are willing, you will be obliged to come over to Togo
here or any nearby country for a face to face discussion and
evaluation of our terms of cooperation and then sign the covering MOU.
